IMHO that is just the stance of Jonas. But dotted unit names or not, or a solution to your problem are two totally different things, since you mix in all kinds of namespace ideas. I think that most, if not all delphi incompabilities will be fixed in the end. If not by core, than by 3rd party patches, and in the end the first good patch that fixes delphi compat on a language level (*) still has to be refused.
