Well, fpWeb is winner, yes? Bee can create a sourceforge project?
If it would use fpWeb then I refuse to be the project owner because I almost know nothing about fpWeb. I even intend to study fpWeb from this project. The project owner should be someone who knows how to build (at least) the application skeleton using the choosen framework as the base for further work by someone elses.
