Make Install PREFIX worked but it required Elevated User Status. And to do this under Seven you must right click the icon for command prompt and select run as administrator. Running command prompt as an administrator will enable the installation properly from the command prompt. Otherwise the make install command fails.
Next I wannt to do the make source install. I had a problem with the source install. The MyPrefix I used was c:\FPC. Where were the files supposed to be copied? I'm updating the Wiki site for Windows and I just want to make sure my instructions are verified...
