This allow for more information being visible at once. I also don't
know if it is needed to have the section numbers in the Contents pages.
Surely the Section Names are enough - like is done in the Kylix Language
Guide. See attached screenshot.
This is possible, but we don't want to copy the Delphi/Kylix docs :-)
