Yes, but it's fixed in 2.2.2
ExtPascal author claimed that it's still reproducable in FPC 2.2.2 and 2.3.1. Perhaps it's fixed but ExtPascal's multithreading mechanism is wrong somehow, or perhaps the other way around. I'm not sure.
