Does anyone have it? Until FPC supports MinGW (I hope), I surrender to the needs of Cygwin for building FP IDE with debugging support under Windows. I don't have Cygwin but my campus does, so I think I can get them from there.
PS: If possible, Please tell me how to have those libs statically linked.
