Search the source forge web site for it. There is one that I wrote about 3-4 years ago. I wrote and maintained the original version up to the point where it was stable and compliant with most if not all other libraries.
This version found itself in all sorts of products in fact we still use it in-house today. Other developers have taken it up and extended it(stuff on source forge), it was also ported to borland C++ and a version for windows com that had a wrapper placed around it. If you cannot find any of these I can probably dig up a version for you.
