Yes, there is a reason: this option was based on features provided in unit ColorSel originally suplied with Turbo Vision. Unfortunately, nobody has contributed a free implementation of this unit (as oposed to other, more important units, which were completely rewritten from scratch). Since we are not allowed to distribute sources of the original Borland unit, we had to remove this option until somebody provides a free alternative.
