Don't waste time on 12 at this time, it is indeed outdated. I think I'll
scrap it completely; it is nowadays clear enough how to report bugs, no need to
waste space in the FAQ to make people find the bugtracker.
17 & 26 are now translatable. 28 already was, do we talk about the same
FAQ (.NET one)?
