Strange, because I use Konqueror to access the website. On the main website, press 'Bug tracker'. If you are logged in as 'Guest', do a 'log out' Create a new account if you don't yet have one. Log in with this account. Press 'Report issue' in the menu. Anonymous users cannot report bugs. This is to avoid spam.
