What OS? Indy has quite high requirements on sockets interface and the
thread implementation.
I don't know yet; I don't know this technology. The PocketPC OS
(WinCE?) for now, and maybe the PalmOS on ARM. But this is all to be
seen. For Now I think it will be PocketPC since it looks the most
mature.
