FPC uses mantis now as bug tracker ( http://www.freepascal.org/mantis/set_project.php?project_id=6 ). Furthermore, lazarus and fpc share the same mantis installation so bugs can be easily moved between both projects. The price for the use of mantis is that you need an account to submit bugs, this is because we'd some trouble with spam with the old bug tracker and that you don't get a notification if one of the old bugs you submitted (which have been imported into mantis) get fixed.
