"Software patent on the principle of optimising compilers"

I browsed through the "claims" section - and I would say that this "patent"
could be true for ANY compiler, any language any platform.
Regardless of the idea and intent behind the patent - a compiler
still needs to be coded and debugged by ones OWN "tools".
Thus rebuilding and createing ones OWN work.

Why, because at one time, someone felled a tree across some water -
should I today not be able to build a bridge!
