There are indeed a lot of undocumented units. The standard RTL units are all documented, and so is the FCL, but he packages units aren't. One reason is that most of those are simply translations of C headers, so you can use the C documentation.

There is probably none. As they say: "Use the source, Luke!". Or wait until someone has found the time to write documentation.
