[fpc-devel] relocation of code and data

With -WB1234000000 I can relocate the code. For example to enforce 64 
bit addresses, with an upper DWord not equal 0 (and therefore the 
ability to find related problems)

But the data segment is not affected. e.g. Objects are still at lower 
addresses. Is there a way to force them too?
