I have never tried to build the FPC documentation under Windows, but
if I understood the above error correctly, it is simply trying to
execute the 'latex' executable which doesn't exist on your system.
That was my conclusion as well, but why should any *Latex* tools be called
for generating *HTML* output???
There is a file called README.DOCS in the documentation directory.
It contains the answers to your questions. Especially line 19 and following.
Idealists as we are in the open source community, we assume that people
actually read these files.
(But maybe we're just being silly)
