Good question! I now uploaded SVG versions as attachments to 
https://live.gnome.org/GnomeMarketing/ConferenceMaterial (they are also 
available at 
https://github.com/gnome-design-team/gnome-marketing/tree/master/flyers ). 

You can open them with Inkscape, put in the translated text, and print to file 
to obtain a new PDF versions. Then upload both SVG and PDF versions to 
https://live.gnome.org/GnomeMarketing/ConferenceMaterial and link to PDF 
versions from the page. We should keep translated SVG versions around, so that 
we are able to make small tweaks, such as when we have over 50 mentors 
available :).
