The second is their problem, but the first is clearly untrue and illegal. Luckily there are only five such items at that link, while the others are more truthful (including some linked by others in this thread, although they seem to mention "Wikipedia" on the cover as a sign of approval), but these five must be corrected. The WMF legals should be made aware of it, if they're not yet. In this case a letter to B&N probably suffices.
