All users are encouraged to edit and improve the draft before January 1, 2012. In particular, the document could use a thorough copy-edit, so any skilled copy-editors who are able and willing to donate a few minutes to look over and clean up the draft would be greatly appreciated. Sometime in early 2012, a finalized version will be sent to the Wikimedia Board for approval.
