Sure, if world peace is evil. By the way, you might want to read up on Wikipedia on that phrase, where it will undoubtedly tell you that it is "the *lust* for money that is the root of all evil". Not money itself. It's like democracy. Democracy is an empty shell you put political ideas into. Similar with money; they have no spirit or faith in themselves, it is what we make of them; if it is evil, then so be it, if it is good, well, we can do that too.
