Back-ports for PR125515 ready to push

I have all of the patches for PR125515 back-ported on my local gcc16 branch. The 
patches all applied cleanly and I have fully regression tested all of them.

I have not heard final say on 125533 so it is excluded.
These are:

125430 125481 125527 125528 125529 125530 125531 125532 125534 125535 125650

I plan to push these on Monday 6/15

Then I plan to close all of these PRS.
