While using system in Hindi locale, lohit-devanagari is selected as monospace
fonts which results in wrong output of commmand "LANG=hi_IN.utf8 fc-match
monospace"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install system in hi_IN locale
2. Open terminal and type "LANG=hi_IN.utf8 fc-match monospace" and press enter

Actual Results:  
1. Output of the command "LANG=hi_IN.utf8 fc-match monospace" is
"lohit-devanagari-Regular"

Expected Results:  
1.  Expected output of the command "LANG=hi_IN.utf8 fc-match monospace" should
not be "lohit-devanagari-Regular"
