--- Comment #11 from Akira TAGOH <ta...@redhat.com> ---
No, no orth for Coptic. I locally added cop.orth for testing purpose like the
following coverage according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coptic_script:

03E2-03EF # Greek and Coptic
2C80-2CF3 # Coptic
2CF9-2CFF # Coptic

and here is the result:
% ./build/fc-validate/fc-validate -l cop
/usr/share/fonts/google-noto/NotoSansCoptic-Regular.ttf
/usr/share/fonts/google-noto/NotoSansCoptic-Regular.ttf:0 Satisfy the coverage
for cop language
% ./build/fc-validate/fc-validate -l cop
/usr/share/fonts/liberation-sans-fonts/LiberationSans-Regular.ttf
/usr/share/fonts/liberation-sans-fonts/LiberationSans-Regular.ttf:0 Missing 123
glyph(s) to satisfy the coverage for cop language

Apparently Liberation doesn't have glyphs in disunification block supported
since Unicode 4.1 like defined in the above orth at line number 2 and 3.
Although it doesn't closely need to be the same, I don't know what is the
minimal requirement to represent Coptic. If the unification code block is good
enough, Liberation can satisfies Coptic coverage right.
