Check out the code from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/utilities/trunk You might want to change it to say check out https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/utilities/trunk/installerand https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/utilities/trunk/common. After the last release, more stuff (mavenizer, etc. ) was added to utitlities/trunk. You dont need that for building the installer.
