In sdk-installer-config.xml the line: <file name="ApacheFlexSDK" path="incubator/flex/4.8.0-incubating/binaries/" file="apache-flex-sdk-4.8.0-incubating-bin.zip" />
Needs to be updated to point to the latest SDK. That should be enough to update both the Installer and InstallerBadge functionality.
