Crap.  While waiting for the upload I saw this on [2].  So I guess this
isn't going to work out.

Note: Infra will require projects to transition to this method of managing
their dist/ dir. For this transition infra needs:

to setup svnpubsub for the dist directory, and
know what mailing list commit mails should go to.
