The minutes of the ASF board meetings are published at http://www.apache.org/foundation/board/calendar.html once approved, which usually happens one month after the meeting. For now, the information that Flex has graduated is public information, feel free to spread the word (though IMO it's good to wait until http://flex.apache.org is setup so that people have somewhere to land). -Bertrand
