I just checked in some spelling corrections, prepended Adobe to Flash
Builder where missing, and corrected a problem with the AIR versions we
didn't test.
I like the new locale and FP sections. I'd like to see an explicit
sentence that explains how the playerglobal.swc version relates to the FP
debugger version but I can live without that.
My one remaining concern is the URLs are very confusing. It looks like in
most, but not all places, where there was a url, the incubator as well as
the TLP url were specified. Given the kit doesn't have incubating in the
title this is very confusing.
