I think the next installer should install just Apache Flex 4.9. Both the SDK and the installer should be released the same day. If the release approvals don't happen at the same time then we should hold back the first piece, presumably the SDK, until the installer is approved.
The installer work should be done now using Justin's RC kit to test. Carol
