Here is a fix:
Open WindowedSystemManager class, in getVisibleApplicationRect() method change 
the first line from
var request:Request = new Request("getVisibleApplicationRect", false, true);
to
var request:Request = new Request("getVisibleApplicationRect", false, true, 
{skipToSandboxRoot: skipToSandboxRoot});
