Just a side thought, if it's only a few more days till graduation(possibly).  
Wouldn't that mean the URL would be changing?  Should it wait a few days, or 
just do another announcement for the new URLs?

("Publicity throughout the Incubation Process") - the gist is "Podling
can conduct informal PR activities, such as media outreach, blog
publicity, etc. The ASF will not issue any press releases for any
podling at this stage".

So outreach is not a problem, what's important is to make it clear
that Flex is (still for a few days) incubating, and as usual stating
true facts is never wrong.
