I wouldn't be so quick to kick Michael out. I've shown the Apache Flex installer GUI to him a few times to get ideas how to improve it. Also I just submitted a few of his accessibility patches from the Adobe flex.next work. And has been said before, intended contribution is not a contribution, so I don't really see how what you are asking for really makes a difference. Either everyone who hasn't "contributed", whatever that means, is left off the list, or any one who wants to is welcome to stay as a member.
