The "Work with the source-code" section of the
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLEX/Getting+Started page can be
reviewed and updated with those informations with an incoming link from
http://incubator.apache.org/flex/source.html should be even nice.

I just tested that I still got the rights to write on the wiki but as I'm
French, I would like the text I wrote to be reviewed until its approval by
commiters.
