I am From Belgium and I speak/write Dutch, so besides the English part, I
thought we might need some finishing on the Dutch part as well.
Here are my remarks:
- In English (US), the textfield for the installation path says "Where do you
want to install the Apache Flex SDK?", while for English (GB) and English (AU)
it says "Enter Flex SDK Path or browse to select path".
Personally I prefer the first one, and either way I am convinced we should keep
this consistent.
( If we do go for the first one, in Dutch it should read "Waar wil je de Apache
Flex SDK installeren?". )
For as far as I understand Portugese, the meaning seems to be the same here, so
I think that's good.
- For the English version, the header of the titlewindow for the installation
path says "Select installation directory". I think convention says we should
use capitals for nouns, and it should read "Select Installation Directory", if
I'm correct.
- There is no consistency for the "INSTALL LOG"-button's label. In Dutch it
says "SHOW LOG", and in Portugese it just says "LOG".
I think the right thing to do is to change this to "VIEW LOGFILE" or something
like that, and translate it in dutch to "TOON LOGFILE", and also to the other
equivalents.
- The validation of the Installation Folder, when you have selected a folder
that is not empty, is currently English only
- The button "I Agree, Install" might as well just read "I Agree". It does not
perform an install action, so this would make more sense.
Some remarks in Dutch:
- "Kies de installatie map" -> "Kies de installatiemap"
- "BLADER" -> "ZOEK"
- "COPY LOG" -> KOPIEËR LOGFILE (this wasn't translated I noticed)
Also make sure to have a look at the installation details (in the log file
etc), these are not consistent.
