You are free to change your vote, but I dont agree with your reasoning.

This is a rare to reproduce issue with an obvious workaround (select
English(US) ) and no security repercussions.  As release manager, I am okay
with releasing the RC as such.  The fact that the majority of the people
who tested it dint have a problem should tell you something.
