Nope. This is a real Windows machine (Dell).

I flushed my IE cache but the AIR SDK download was still quick. But this
time I happened to have Explorer up behind the installer and noticed that
the UI seems to be one step behind what is actually going on. For example,
the UI said it was validating the Flex MD5 signature but then a bunch of
files appeared in the destination folder in Explorer THEN the UI changed to
say it was downloading the AIR zip, then a bunch more files showed up in the
folder, then the UI said it was uncompressing the AIR zip.

I'm wondering if the uncompression succeeded and I'm stuck on the next step
and it just hasn't updated the UI to tell me. I see plenty of AIR SDK files
in the folder. I was thinking it just wasn't completing the uncompression,
but maybe it did.

What is the next step after the AIR uncompression?
