Shigeru, It is true that Adobe does not have a 'full' team working on Apache Flex. They currently have three very talented developers working on the project, in addition to many other community members. The entire team list is at http://incubator.apache.org/flex/team.html
There is no 'main' developer. We are all working on the different components in Flex 4.8.
