It depends on what your goal is.  I can imagine some relatively featureless
set of UI widgets that map relatively well to HTML widgets.  Some folks will
choose lowest common denominator to write-once run anywhere.  Some like
Facebook would probably rather go native so they can tune the experience and
do fancier things.

Or maybe if you use Flex on Flash you get the feature of skinning, but that
falls away if you target HTML.
