This is a mini app with these functionalities:

3.  Display the disclaimer
4.  Show the correct sdk version (loaded from config xml)
5.  Let user download the exe or dmg

This was done earlier as a pure flash app by Tomasz Maciąg, but we ran into
issues because the source repo cannot contain binaries (the fla file, etc.)

The filesize can be optimized quite a bit, but if you can do it with an
image and javascript, we would love to use that instead.

I dont think it is relevant in a smartphone as you wouldnt want to download
apache flex on a phone.   But I do agree that the page wont look very good
with a flash player logo in the middle.
