Thanks for the responses, however, could I get clarification on the original question.
I have performed a preliminary review and refactoring of the code to fix dependencies, etc. Given that, do I file the software grant now and then the PPMC works on final IP Clearance or something else. I am sorry if I am being dense but I continue to be confused by this and right now I am in a holding pattern. Mike
