The ActionScript portion of the Flex SDK, like NumericStepper, are often
developed via Flash Builder, not plain Eclipse. There are Flash Builder
project files checked into SVN.

I just pinged them again. There have been instability issues with JIRA so
they haven't had time to deal with this.
