You can use the packaging and export, but if you need design view you must continue to use Adobe's Flash Builder 4.6 and Flex 4.6 for the foreseeable future. Design view in Flash Builder is not implemented in such a way that it is extensible for us and Adobe is removing it from future versions of Flash Builder. Mike
