Yes, please. I took a quick look at what this would take. It looks like there is dependency on the ViewResourceConstants class. We might want to separate out the string literals used by InternetUtils class into the common project as well. While we are at it, we should move the MirrorURLUtil to the common project as well. The badge installer should also be able to resolve the preferred mirror to load the InstallApacheFlex.exe and InstallApacheFlex.dmg files as well.
