Jeff, that's why I think we should have for each distinct project a trunk / branches /tags folder (thanks Carol for pointing out). So If we get Falcon donated, it doesn't have to fit within the SDK and we don't need to worry the fact it's incomplete and don't get a "instable" trunk.
