Thanks you both. I'm still setting up locally my environment so I can build and run mustella tests to be sure nothing is broken. I'll also try to create my first mustella tests for those patches.
Currently I've logged https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33164 to add support for Portuguese locale (pt_PT). There is also an easy bug to fix which is https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-13994?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13431103#comment-13431103 which only occurs in very specific situations which have also been described in previous comments.
