Carol,

As this is a utillity/widget, intended to make life easier for
end-users, why can't it be hosted as part of the project site
(site/trunk/flex/installApacheFlexSDK or some such)?

The only thing we want to 'bother' infra with right now is a way to
get a 'random' mirror URL, so we don't have to download the SDK
binaries using the 'hard coded' apache.org URL (which is apparently
frowned upon).
