Carol Frampton commented on FLEX-33106:
---------------------------------------

In handleOptionalInstallsChange()

you should add the line after the comment since "I don't agree" is not a choice
for either of these components - their licenses are considered "reciprocal" /
friendly to Apache licenses but the user must be told

                                if(selectedItem.message == _constants.ASK_OSMF
|| selectedItem.message == _constants.ASK_TLF)
                                {
                                        mplLicenseBtn.includeInLayout =
mplLicenseBtn.visible = true;
                                        adobeLicenseBtn.includeInLayout =
adobeLicenseBtn.visible = false;
                                        // don't install is not a choice
                                        dontInstallRdBtn.visible = false;
                                }

Also when the download is completed "Installing...." still shows as the title
of the Panel even though the text says "Installation Complete".
