You could use the copylocale command line util found in the \bin folder.
Usage:
copylocale en_US el_GR
This creates a copy of all the resource bundles used in the sdk. You can
just grep for all the el_GR folders and just modify the strings in each
resource file.
The util also compiles the newly created bundle and creates the
corresponding .swc file under frameworks\locale\{locale}\
