I saw all that.  Apache has a pretty explicit list of what is allowed and
I wasn't sure that would cut it.  In any case, thirdparty software is
special case and requires special handling and special documentation in
NOTICE and LICENSE so it is best to avoid it if there are other
alternatives.  Aside from the potential copyright issue I didn't like the
"script" being 3 files.
