I has been clearly decided [1] in a vote that no changes to packages will be
done in the first release.
The majority (53% of PPMC, 58% total) of the voters vetoed against changes
while just few voted for it (17% PPMC, 19% total) fully supported it. That is
not a clear consensus however it also means that there is no change without
further discussions.
